Yes. The worst thing you could do is what too many people do, delay or do nothing at all. The harsh reality is that even if you work things out you might not ever be able to eliminate all your debt. By making a deal to pay minimum payments just to have them “stop” calling you at home or at work while they continue to make even more money as your payments go towards the interest only may sink you deeper into debt.
