font-size: 12px"><em style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size: 12px"><span> </span>“Check with your doctor before starting if you haven’t been exercising regularly,”</em> advises Brolus, who has worked with top fitness experts including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jack La Lanne.<span> </span>“Start slow and allow yourself as much rest as you need between sets.<span> </span>Then as you progress and build endurance you can add speed to the repetitions, stop resting between sets, and add more weight if you choose.”</p> <p style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;
